Job Title:	Senior Windows Administrator
Available Positions:	1
Job Responsibilities:	Essential Position Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day tasks and projects relating to the NT-based Servers globally. Will work closely with core systems group to solve problems. Proactively attack issues and special projects as assigned by lead/ manager. Responsible for managing enterprise level, business critical servers for a variety of applications in 99% up-time configurations. Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engage in problem solving of daily NT related issues. Support programming and maintenance teams through technical short and long term projects as assigned by the lead/manager. Train IS staff on new technologies (software & hardware) that directly affect their job. Provide individual training to technicians as needed. Diagnose and tune systems on an ongoing basis; Implement monitoring tools to gauge systems' health.

Job Responsibilities:	Plan, develop, test, & document Internet software applications using business application software, client-server applications or web/ networking/ graphics software. Evaluate user requests for new or modified programs, such as e-Commerce applications, or content management applications to determine the feasibility, cost, time required, compatibility, and computer capabilities. Analyze and review requirements. Write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding and corrections.

Provide training to junior staff engaged in the consultation with customers concerning software engineering issues. Design and implement testing procedures, programming and documentation of Internet software applications.

Job Responsibilities:	A minimum of eight years of Information Technology professional services experience, with at least two years in the area of leading a team - performing the role of a technical lead or a project manager. This experience must include at least one project with full lifecycle project management. Experience must be demonstrated as sustainable and repeatable. A Senior Consultant is responsible and accountable for the following consulting service areas: Maintain effective client relationships at all project levels. Assist in preparing project plans and level of effort estimates. Assemble project teams. Develop and present project status reports. Ensure the use of standard tools and methodologies throughout projects. Provide timely performance feedback to project staff. Mentor and guide junior consultants. Develop and review documentation including deliverables and communications to clients. Identify and assist in the development of additional business opportunities with current client base. Lead proposal development efforts. Prepare and conduct proposal presentations.
